We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and password (stored securely) when you register. We also collect test attempt data — your answers, scores, and time spent — to power analytics and AI study plans.
Your data is used to: operate your account, generate personalized analytics and AI study plans, send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, alerts), and improve our platform.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run ExamIQ, each bound by their own data protection terms.
All payment processing is handled by Razorpay. ExamIQ does not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Access to admin functions is restricted and authenticated.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@examiq.in.
We use essential cookies/local storage for login sessions, and Google Analytics to understand site usage. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings.
